个人简历
学士(1983年，南开大学)，硕士(1986年，南开大学)，博士(1997年，英国Sussex大学)。
1986年7月至今历任中国科技大学助教、讲师、副教授、教授。其中1993－1996年在英国Sussex大学读博士学位，1999－2000在香港中文大学任Research Associate。
主要研究方向

1. 金属有机化合物的合成和结构
2. 惰性碳-杂原子键的催化活化与转化
3. 环酯聚合催化剂研究
